US cash onboard- best way to deal with it?

As tips yes.  Paying tour companies not so much

We've tipped the O provided shore excursions with US and never gotten any pushback. Some of our private excursions have asked for Euros as payment, but they've let us know when we booked them that was what was required.

Well doubt they would not accept them but then they have to pay their bank to exchange them for their local currency
