Rare 20165 Posted May 26, 2023 #1 Share Posted May 26, 2023 We completed the check in process and are within 15 days of our cruise, but it wont allow us to print our tickets. It says to please contact your travel agency to retrieve the tickets. Is that normal? We have bought cruises through TAs many times in the past, but have always been able to print our own tickets on other lines. Unfortunately, this. Sometimes you can print on your own and sometimes you can't...like all things MSC 😀 Bottom line, like others have said, use your TA if you can't do it yourself.
