Email questions from Celebrity

FYI...I just got a email from Celebrity with a lengthy questionnaire.   Asked all kinds of things like what cruises do you take, like, etc.

For those that didn't get the survey, can you give a sense of what insight they are trying to gather from the types of questions they are asking?

There were lots of questions regarding what we like to do when cruising.  How many cruises, who have we cruised with, (which cruise lines). Maybe someone who hasn't done it yet can take screen shots of it. It took a good 5  to 10 minutes to do.

Based on what you're saying it most definitely seems Celebrity is trying to get insight to move the cruiseline into a different direction and attract a wider demographic and provide a different set of activities that will bring those new demographic to the cruiseline. This is another example of Celebrity heading towards Royalization.

I wish Celebrity would send this survey to me! They send me daily marketing emails, so they certainly know my email address.
