jb12 Posted March 26, 2024 #26 Posted March 26, 2024 Hopefully there will be tickets available at official site after April 1, 2024

Unfortunately for me, we are looking for tickets for May 2. I am still checking daily. Last I heard from my tour company - about three weeks ago, Greece was planning on shortening the hours on Friday March 3 and Saturday May 4 due to the Greek Orthodox Easter holiday. That MAY have something to do with the holdup. 1
Hollyann Posted April 3, 2024 #28 Posted April 3, 2024 If anyone is looking for Acropolis tickets for May 1 and 2, they have just gone on sale today. (We bought the Acropolis and Slopes combo tickets for $30). You can find them here: https://hhticket.gr/tap_b2c_new/english/tap.exe?PM=P1P®ion=all They are not available for May 3 and on yet. There still seems to be plenty for most days in April which finally opened up about a week ago.
cuatthesea Posted April 6, 2024 #29 Posted April 6, 2024 Tickets are now available through October 31, 2024. 1 2
jb12 Posted April 14, 2024 #30 Posted April 14, 2024 With 'combined ticket' can I see Acropolis late one day and see all other sites on the ticket on next day?
JerryInIL Posted April 15, 2024 #31 Posted April 15, 2024 With a combined ticket, do you have to book a separate time for each attraction at the time of booking?

Shella73 Posted April 19, 2024 #33 Posted April 19, 2024 Ok, I have read the thread and do not see this covered. We want to buy the Athens combo pass. We land on Aug 29th at 1200, we plan on some sightseeing that afternoon, we have a full day on the 30th and want to see the Acropolis that morning and do some leisurely sightseeing, and eating. On the 31 we have to be on a ship in Piraeus by 1400, so we would like to use that morning wisely. I am looking at buying the Athens combo ticket to start on the 29th, however, I do not want to go to the Acropolis until 0800 on the 30th, Is that possible?

I believe you can select that time for the Acropolis when you buy the combo ticket. Then visit the other sights when you wish. Watch the You Tube video that someone posted above.

DH and I stopped at a charming cafe just up the hill from Hadrian's Library called Klepsidra Cafe if you're looking for a break from shopping. I have pictures in my review on page 24.
Sunflower Fan Posted April 26, 2024 #38 Posted April 26, 2024 I placed my order on the official site, but didn't get tickets. Do they send them right away?
kohanfam Posted April 26, 2024 #39 Posted April 26, 2024 I’m confused. I bought tickets for October from this site. Is it official. https://hhticket.gr/tap_b2c_new/english/tap.exe?PM=P1P&place=000000002

Sunflower Fan Posted April 26, 2024 #42 Posted April 26, 2024 Nothing in spam - but I did get this from [email protected]. Could it be because tickets are not until June? Or did I get scammed? Appreciate any advice. Thanks Thank you for your purchase! However my receipt looks a bit different from yours. I know that they just opened up May 3rd tickets on April 3 (I think because they were trying to figure out summer hours and the Easter Orthodox holiday that May 4th weekend) and then suddenly they opened it up until September. If they are not in your spam folder, then it may???? be because they are overwhelmed with ticket requests??? Is there an email that you can inquire about them? Also, did you see your Visa charge go FULLY through yet? Or is it still in pending? Sometimes your credit card may be waiting for you to okay the purchase from a foreign country - just a thought. I do not think the website is a scam. The WORST case is you could dispute it, but My receipt looked like this for the 3 of us... Acropolis & Slopes Attica & Central Greece Reservation Code: A XXXXXXX (deleted actual code) Visit: 03/05/2024 €90,00 COMBINED/ΕΝΙΑΙΟ ΚΥΡΙΟ D000000xxxxx (deleted actual ticket #) €30,00 COMBINED/ΕΝΙΑΙΟ ΚΥΡΙΟ D000000xxxxx (deleted actual ticket #) €30,00 COMBINED/ΕΝΙΑΙΟ ΚΥΡΙΟ D000000xxxxx (deleted actual ticket #) €30,00

Sunflower Fan Posted April 27, 2024 #45 Posted April 27, 2024 I scrolled through all the terms & conditions on the website and found this email address [email protected] I emailed them and they sent me the links for my tickets. thanks everyone for your advice 1
AlaskaGoer Posted May 2, 2024 #46 Posted May 2, 2024 I assume the combo ticket is probably a bit of overkill for cruise stoppers of only one day unless we start really early and continue to late afternoon? Wife and I like to take our time and enjoy things. lol

ToddWelch Posted May 13, 2024 #48 Posted May 13, 2024 Hi @marazul I have a few questions if you wouldn't mind trying to answer. I appreciate all your comments on other posts as well. We are a group of 11 coming to Athens for a cruise in early June. We have 6 adults and 5 others between 6-25 that would get the discount. We are all from Canada by the way. I was going to buy the tickets from your link, but one of the people in our group is in a wheelchair...and we wondered about how we pre-purchase tickets for this person and her partner who will be assisting her/pushing her. I see that they have accessible access and I belive they even get in for free and her partner, but do we need to buy tickets ahead, or do they just go into the security line and the accessibility is obvious? I don't want to buy 11 tickets and then try to figure that out when we get there. Thanks Todd

So does the companion. It is the same as any other ticket you purchase on the official website. The ride on the elevator along with the companion is free. Look at this post and see if it answers your questions. Edited May 13, 2024 by marazul
Michelle236 Posted May 18, 2024 #50 Posted May 18, 2024 We just booked a cruise for 2025 that has an Athens stop. This will be our first international cruise 🙂 If we book Acropolis tickets, how do we get there from the port? Apologies if this has been asked before.
