It will depend on the date/promo when booked.  Your TA can help you with this, or call Celebrity now!   I chose not to take the new, slightly lower price for a variety of reasons...not worth it overall, as my OBC was over 2,000.  Yes, until final payment for cruise and airfare.

Thanks, I waited and repriced it last week and saved $3,485.00 including gratuities, we lost our $800.00 OBC, but well worth it!
