free excurision on member cruises

We are going on the baltic cruise out of Harwich England and as members of RC C & A they will be giving a free shore excusion. Who is eligible for these trips. Must you reach a certain cruise level before receiving the trips.:confused:

I believe it is for Diamond and above.

We sailed a "C&A Member's" cruise last October on the Serenade, Panama Canal cruise, from San Diego to San Juan and the criteria for the complimentary shore excursion was that it was for Diamond members and Diamond Plus members.

and still no phonecall, email, nothing on comped excursions & we bought $600 worth of them...........

 

I phoned C&A & was told they are still working on them & calls will go out in April.

it was very close to our sailing (10/17) that C&A phoned diamond members and asked if they wished to participate...not to worry, if you're diamond they'll find you! it has nothing to do with how much youve spent on excursions!!!
