Costa "Gourmet Experience" dining package?

I'm travelling soon on the Costa Diadema, and they're offering a "Gourmet Experience" premium dining package.  It's advertised at 152 Euro for 7 meals, which breaks down to 22 Euro per meal, which seems like a bargain.  Are there a lot of strings attached?  Are there restaurants excluded from the package?  (The MyCosta site mentions Archipelago, Sushima, and Teppanyaki, but oddly doesn't mention the Steak House.)  Has anyone tried this package?  Was it worth it?
