Falmouth Cruise Port: Available Restaurants In Secure Area?

We're a couple traveling on RCCL with two kids (5 & 2) with a Sep 26 stop in Falmouth, Jamaica. Currently booked with the cruise ship for the dolphin encounter at Dolphin Cove. Curious which sit-down restaurants are available in the secure port area for when we return to port? I saw that Margaritaville is permanently closed. 

 

I see quite a few restaurants outside of the secure area, but, based on safety concerns expressed by others and having small kids, those are not an option unless we hire a driver.

 

Any thoughts, ideas or concerns are welcomed.

I know nothing about ship booked excursions, but I'd probably try to just eat on the ship if possible.
