Travelling with DD and GD in one cabin on one booking #. when DD downloaded princess app and tried to ‘log in’ to her account with booking # , the message came up that booking number had already been entered. i wanted her to be able to see all the stuff I see. This is a well known issue with the app. I personally have never run into it but others here on CC have stated that you just need to hit "cancel" and try the login again.
