Time in Haneda airport

We have 10 hours at the Haneda Airport before our flight home after our cruise.  We would like to book a room for six or seven hours at the airport prior to our flight.  Is this possible?  The hotel at terminal 3 seems to be after security.  We need to book prior to going through security.

Any hotel after airport security is call transit hotel designated for transit passengers only.
Haneda T3 hotels are before  security: The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda - access at the departure area. Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Haneda Airport and Hotel Villa Fontaine Premier Haneda-Airport are connect to T3. Don't know if Day-Use rooms are available.
