Favorite, most desired deck on the Rotterdam

Good advice - especially around final payment, things may loosen up. Just yesterday I noticed that our November cruise now showed the exact Neptune location we had wanted originally near the lounge. We were calling our TA anyway to make final payment, so asked if they could make the switch. Done, and a new confirmation was emailed immediately.

Deck 5 midships.  Vista Suite as far as possible from the elevators.

Deck 7 is my favorite. Two decks up to lido, 4 down to main dining, Neptune lounge on same deck.  Prefer aft suite on shorter cruises (Caribbean 7 to 10 nights), mid section suites for trans Atlantic crossings or in more “active” seas. 
In general and for my preference any deck from 4 to 7 works well.
