I had issues when booking but finally got a reservation number and the deposit shows on my credit card, but I never received a confirmation email. Also, the cruise is not showing under my cruises. I am in the States, so have tried emailing guest services twice. ( I tried calling but my call did not go through... users error I am sure). Long story short, no one is responding to my inquiries. Does anyone know a person's email for Fred Olsen, who can help me and respond? This is our first cruise with Fred Olsen, and am concerned with lack of response. 😞 I really want to make sure my reservation is good, and can't look at excursions etc until I can see it under my cruises. Fred tend to do a lot of their customer services by phone which is a much quicker and saves playing email ping pong and waiting days for a response. Have a wonderful cruise.
