Verandas

I have looked at the deck plans, and have some questions about the verandas for the Owner's Suite and the Deluxe Outside Stateroom.

 

(a) What does it mean that the Owner's Suite has a "semi-private" veranda – is that large area on the front of the ship shared between the two Owner's Suites, or more widely open to all passengers?

 

(b) Do the Deluxe Outside Staterooms have private verandas, or is it just that they open on the public Promenade Deck?
