We're in Montego Bay from 8am to 5pm. Is there enough to do at the port not to do an excursion or should we book something? It's our first time there, two adults, no children, full mobility. He doesn't do heights and rides. Thanks!

Not much at the port terminal at all other than a few shops.  You can get a taxi, or if you're on Carnival, there's a shuttle bus that you can get with your sail and sign.  We've gone to Margaritaville and other restaurants on the Hip Strip (some really good jerk chicken there), and Doctor's Cave beach is only a bit further down.
