kendadj Posted September 7 #1 Share Posted September 7 Just booked our 1st ever cruise for April 25. Can anyone advise please, how soon after booking do you need to complete the missing information - insurance, passports etc or is there no immediate rush. Need to sort out renewing our annual travel insurance policy (or a new one) but current one doesn't end until early December
Jules. Posted September 7 #2 Share Posted September 7 As long as this information is completed before you sail that should be ok, this has been in my experience. Perhaps contact Fred just to make sure for your peace of mind. If you have any special needs onboard, such as mobility or a need to use medical equipment for your health then it would be a good idea to inform of this sooner rather than later. Enjoy your first cruise!

If it has not been completed by then you will likely get a reminder, or you would not be able to access your tickets. Tickets do not become available until three weeks prior to your cruise though, so no rush before that. Obviously cannot fill it in regards passport details if you will need to change your passport prior to the cruise, but we normally do it at a convenient time fairly soon after booking so we do not forget.
