Looking for a semi private sail...

My husband and I will be arriving in GC on July 26 on the Navigator of the Sea. This is our first trip to Grand Cayman. I am lookin for a private sailboat experience with a max. occupancy of 6-8 people. I have emailed Capt. Marvin and Capt. Bryan and they offer nothing less than 25 people.

Has anyone gone on a private sail? We did this twice in St. Thomas with the Ike Witt charter and had a wonderful day. I am not one for big crowds (I know what you are thinking...why is she on a 3000 passanger ship? lol) and I would like a smaller more intimate sail and snorkel trip.

any suggestions?
