Are you sure about this? Costa Maya is on the east coast of Mexico, and the sun sets in the west (at least it has in the past). So there is no way the ship could leave Costa Maya and head into the sunset.

 

Well spotted, -- my mistake :o, the Dream was actually leaving Cozumel (Mexico) heading towards Costa Maya:- here's the Radiance a little later heading into the same sunset. Both shots were taken from the Oasis which later also headed that way & docked at Costa Maya the next day:D.

A week or so earlier - just arrived in Ft Lauderdale, dropped the cases & stepped out onto the balcony to watch the sunset.

Not a sunrise or sunset but a moonrise, - man I sure was on that balcony some time, maybe it was the jetlag or maybe the exitement of boarding the Oasis the following morning,

 

 

managed to get a couple hours sleep & missed the Oasis sailing into port:(.

Thanks for that - another place for a similar shot would be from the Dazzles Bar stage window deck 8, a couple of decks below the Concierge Lounge, that's if it is called Dazzles Bar on the Allure?
