Thanks to all you CCers who helped me in making my selection for precruise out of Manhattan. We stayed at the Sheraton and it was great. The view was fantastic and the fireworks over the NY skyline was just what we hoped for. Staff was very friendly and the hotel service allowed us to keep our vehicle in their lot, free, for our 4 night cruise. They suggested and arranged for a van service to take us to the cruise port. A very short drive. Great places to eat within short walking distance. I definitely would stay there again. If you happen to book them, keep checking prices as ours fell considerably about a week before our stay.

 

The day before our cruise we rented a limo service for a NY city tour. Absolutely, the best day of our total vacation. I don't know how he did it. Always waiting for us no matter how long we were at any given spot. M & V Limo's. I believe they are the best bargain in all of NY. We saw soooo much. Thanks again to those who helped to make our NY trip fabulous!!!! Any questions, please ask.

Funny.....your screen name is our code name for when our boss is wandering the store and gets too close to our department. so i started laughing at random when i saw that.....got scared that he's stalking me..but we can't access ANYTHING at work on line except MSNBC-i guess to make sure that if bad stuff happens in the world we can find out.
