LuvTheSea14 Posted July 22, 2006 #1 Share Posted July 22, 2006 I have been looking at shore excursions for Bermuda. Some snorkeling excursions say "There is approximately 100 yards of walking over even surfaces with 2-3 steps to reach the pier" I have a knee replacement and have some trouble walking and keeping up with everyone and some trouble bending my knee. I like to snorkel because it is easier than walking alot. Can I get to pier to the snoekle boat? Thanks for any help

Thanks for any help We are going 9/17 what snorkel excursion are you taking I am debating between the Restless Catamaran and the Coral Reef snorkels. Sorry I can't actually answer your question as this is also going to be my first time there. I also have to watch the knees , I am going in for a double hip/double knee replacement soon, Are you traveling with someone? Hold on to them for dear life, that is what I do with DH. Hopefully some who is knowledgeable of Bermuda will answer because I am no help to you, but I am definitely interested in the answer. Sue
LuvTheSea14 Posted July 22, 2006 Author #3 Share Posted July 22, 2006 Wow you are getting alot done I also need my other knee done but it is a hard surgery to recover from. Swimming and snorkeling makes you feel so free and without pain. I hope we can do it and yes the hand of a loved one makes life so much easier.
