Princess Patches Posted July 24, 2006 #1 Share Posted July 24, 2006 Does anyone know anything about the Red Hook VIP room? Who can use it? Is it available for Princess Elite Members? What do they have in the room? I am taking a red eye flight from the West Coast and will be arriving early in the morning on the day of my sailing. I am wondering whether to spend my time waiting in the Delta airport lounge or wait at the cruise terminal until they start boarding.
hillslife Posted July 24, 2006 #2 Share Posted July 24, 2006 Don't get toooo excited about the VIP room at Red Hook. We were in it for about 45 minutes while wating to board the Crown on 7/11. It is a small room, with a couple vending machines and the same chairs that they have in the main waiting room. Nothing special - just closer to the ship boarding area. We are Platinum and that is where they sent us. Platinum and Elite have a special line for check in and then you are sent into the VIP room to wait. It is nice to get to the terminal early and avoid the crowds, but we weren't allowed to board the ship until about noon.

Merion_Mom Posted July 25, 2006 #4 Share Posted July 25, 2006 Dolores, we walked past it on our way to the large cattle-pen waiting area, and I wanted to look in, but NANCY WOULDN'T LET ME. She's such a meanie. We could have met that much sooner! ;)
Nliedel Posted July 25, 2006 #5 Share Posted July 25, 2006 You are SUCH a liar. Okay maybe not THAT much of a liar. Stinker though. Dolores I've been spelling your name wrong and I am so sorry about that.
