Visa for Med cruise

We are scheduled on a Mediterranian-Malta cruise July 2007. Will we need visas? We are all US citizens,have passports and sailing on VOS from Barcelona.

you do not need a visa for a med cruise unless you go to turkey

The only countries that require Visas in the Med are Turkey (for overnight and longer stays) and Libya (a book could be written about this one--let's not go here).

 

If next year's Voyager itinerary is the same as this year, you will be visiting only European Union ports of call and U.S. citizens will not need special Visas, just their passports.

We did not require a visa for Turkey as we arrived by ship and were not staying overnight. :cool:
