Weather/Temperature at night..???

I am wondering what the temperature is like at night? I know there is no gaurantee for the weather but I can I 'typically' wear summer gear at night or more like fall gear??? I have gone on a few casino boats and they were quite chilly at night.

I am travelling in early October.

Just guessing but assuming you are doing a Caribbean cruise, the nights at sea can be a little cool but generally not cold. You might need a light sweater if you are going to be on deck for any length of time after the sun sets.

Sorry, I am doing the 4 night cruise out of Port Canerval--going to Nassus and Freeport. I guess that would be a big difference from the Alaska cruise!:D

 

We enjoy a cigar in the evening and know that we will have to smoke them on top of the boat (in the open air) so we don't bug others. I figured it would be cold up there at night. Thanks!

Also what about at dinner, do people find the A/C quite cold or can you still get away with summer wear?

some pax feel the a/c is cold and some feel its warm and some feel its just right --suggest you bring a jacket or shawl or some kind of covering just in case you are in the cold catagory

I am guessing you will be on the Sensation? If so, you can smoke cigars in the Polo Lounge.

Forget about needing a sweater for outside...you'll need one for being inside!!! I'm always cold inside the ship so I pack a nice sweater for dinner and a hoodie for daytime. Even if you're hot-natured, it can't hurt to pack one just in case. Have Fun!
