Mariner Shore Excursions? (Western)

Hello Fellow Cruisers!

I will be on the Mariner in two weeks and have been researching shore excursions. The San San yacht tour in Ocho Rios looks appealing to me. Has anyone ever done this before? What other excursions can you personally recommend?

In Grand Cayman, we think that an excursion to Sting Ray City is a MUST! We used Captain Bryan's Buccaneer for our excursion and throughly enjoyed the 3 stops. We liked the timing of the excursion, too. I rate swimming with the stingrays as one of the top things I have done in my life!

Hi! Will you be on the 9/10 sailing of Mariner? I am from Hilton Head and I'll be on this boat. Can't wait! We are using PeatTaylor.com for the Jamaica tour - cheaper than booking thru boat and highly recommended on CC. Other tours we booked thru the ship just to be safe.

I have the SanSan booked for December. If you go next month, please come back and post how it was. I've done a search and have come up with a few posts regarding this excursion.

Also, in case you're unaware, if you're planning to book your excursions before your cruise, do it soon. Once you are ten days out, you have to wait and book on the ship.

I'm on the 9/10 Mariner cruise (first time cruiser) and I've booked the Trimarin cruise to the falls in Ocho Rios and the Deluxe Beach in Cozumel. Anybody been on these and liked them? Thanks!~!
