Just returned from Enchantment 8/24

It looks like we made it just in time! However, I don't think I would have cared at all had we had an extra day at sea because I got engaged on Formal Night! :p Let me settle in today and I'll write a full review tomorrow with the Proposal.

I'll post the proposal because I'm taking my time to write a really good review.

 

It was formal night so Rich dressed in his tux and I dressed in my gown for the Captain's Dinner. We ate dinner with two other couples that had come on the cruise with us. Everybody was in on the proposal except me. I thought one of the other guy's was surprising his girlfriend with a piece of jewelry or something.

 

After dinner we wanted to go to the theater to watch the night's show but we had to go to the Schooner Bar for something first. When we sat down one of the other guys went to ask the pianist to play a song and I goofed off for the videocamera. Everyone got up to dance and Rich led me to the floor when the pianist began to play "Unforgettable". Once on the floor I realized he wouldn't let me turn like we normally do when we dance. I wanted to see what our friend was doing for his girlfriend.

 

Rich leaned down and said "You know why were here." My stomach dropped to the ground and the next thing I knew he was on his knee with a ring box asking me to be his wife. I cried and put my head on his shoulder. He then asked for an answer and I of course said "Yes!" The whole room clapped and cheered. Then, I asked if I could sit down and have a drink.

 

It was so romantic and sweet and perfect! The best part is that since he proposed in the Schooner Bar we can celebrate with a drink in them on other Royal Caribbean ships.
