Recent returning passengers on Celebrity

Questions for recent cruisers:

1. With recent changes for carry on's, did your airline allow you to take

your camera equipt. on the plane or did you have to check it?

2. Has anyone been cought taking booze in your baggage and kicked off

ship (as is stated policy now)?

3. Did the ship allow you to carry on the ship, cans of Pepsi etc. that they

don't carry onboard?

Just back from Alaska Monday,

No problem carrying my camera, phone charger/cell phone or binoculars in my carry-on on the plane

No problem with wine in the checked luggage.

Didn't try to bring on a soda.

Brought on gatorade with no problems:)

Always take your personal items with you like camera, cell phone, etc. I would never check it. Checked a laptop once (hidden in suitcase) & it didn't make it to my next destination.

I have seen many people bring coolers on board with soda & water, so I would think its no problem to bring with you.
