HI ya'll, it being my first cruise and all, I didn't have much choice in cabins by the time I booked...it isn't bad, Deck 10 balcony 1684, but I just put a hold on Deck 10 Aft balcony 1704. Has anyone stayed in this room, should I switch, they are both D1....Is it hard to make the switch with RCCL, I made my orig res online?? Anyone have pics...

I would appreciate any info that anyone might have....

A poster here has an awesome collection of Aft pictures.

Do a search on "Freedom Aft" and a large thread should show up with links to different pictures and such.

Thanks for the info, I did book it. I am so excited! I have heard that there is not much wind, but the afts on Deck 10 are the dryest and the most soot free! I like the fact that it is shady, I am concerned about the metal wall between 1704 and 1706, heard it made the balcony seem a bit closed in. I would still love to see pictures, I monitor webshots as well as this site, nothing as of yet! I will take pics and post them.:)

I am interested in a JS 10th deck stern, but not liking what I'm seeing on recent photos.

We love an aft but not with a big white medal obstruction in the view:confused:.

Are there some cabins on the corner a deck or 2 down that have that neat big round window, plus a nice balcony?
