Navigator of the Sea cabin 8390

We are booked on NOS room 8390 and on a wait list for 9390 or 9690 for Feb 3rd cruise. TA said she talk to several RCCL agents and that the rooms are the same. I looked at Bonnie Voyagers pictures and I was under the impression that deck 9 cabins had a port hole window and deck 8 did not. Has anyone stayed in 8390 does it have a window? I don't think it does. Thanks for your help.

Hmmm well last time Iw as on NOS in January we stayed on deck 9 and we had a balcony room, no port hole for me. :D

I will be on the ship sailing tomorrow as well, but don't find out my room until I am on board as I sail through a friend on board, so I will see depending on what deck we are on!

We know quite a bit about cabin 8390. Just put 9390 on wait list because of the window, more light in the room. I know about the single door that goes out to the balcony and that's ok. Our TA said rooms 8390 and 9390 were the same. I don't think that 8390 has the port hole window. Anyone stay in 8390 on Navigator of the Seas?

I did a search for 8390 and all kinds of info came up . But there were conflicting opinions. 2 or 3 people said that 8390 did have a port window and single wide swing out glass door. Others said just single wide swing out door half metal and top half glass. Has anyone stayed in 8390 on the Navigator?

Thanks, Debbie

I am sooooo confused. I did a search for 8390 so had lots of replies about rooms on all voyager ships with 8390 in their thread. Got a lot conflicting info. some say their room had a port hole window and a single glass swing out door. Others say no window just single swing out door half metal and top half glass. Has anyone stayed in room 8390 on the Navigator?

Thanks Debbie

Hi Debbie,

When my in laws were on the Disney Ship they called from the port and told me they were looking at the aft of the Mariner. I asked them to take a picture, and they got a great close up. I have been in 9390 on the Mariner and we have 8390 booked on the Navigator. Thinking it is the same, 8390 does not have the porthole window just a door. At first I thought maybe I would want ot change but dh pointed out how we asked the room steward to keep the curtains closed to keep the heat out. Our room would often get hot in the afternoon. So, with that in mind, we are keeping 8390 hoping it will be a bit cooler with out the window!
