World Cruise Insurance

Just a reminder to any of you who are on the 2007 World Cruise, or any segment thereof. The penalty period for the WC begins 120 days prior to the cruise instead of the normal 90 days prior for other cruises. If you're on the full WC or the first leg you need to buy your insurance by 9 Sep to avoid incurring a stiff penalty if you have to cancel. You're really asking for problems if you don't get insurance!

We're on the first leg. Did the 2 legs of the 2005 WC from Singapore-Rome as well. As I understand it, there are 480 2005/2006 WCers on the 2007 cruise. Many of the 2005 WCers did the South America cruise last year because the 2006 WC itinerary was so similar to 2005.

Not to hijack the thread, but I'm curious as to what excursions you guys have planned. Reading through, there seem to be some really neat side trips planned out like that amazon adventure...even though i bet they cost an arm and a leg......:)
