prettypetunia Posted September 5, 2006 #1 Share Posted September 5, 2006 Does anyone know if it is possible to contact (via email for example) a specific staff member we met onboard? we just got back from our cruise and wanted to contact our waiter and maitre'd to write a thank you note! Does anyone know the best route to go?
tbelian Posted September 5, 2006 #2 Share Posted September 5, 2006 Unless those crew members shared their email address with you, unfortunately, after the fact, the only way I know of is to go through the home office of Celebrity in Miami, or through the captain's club. We wanted to send 'get well wishes' to our waiter who was going to have surgery immediately following the cruise we were on. The only way I could do it was through a phone call to Celebrity, and it took quite a while to get the message passed on. I have asked for email addresses from some past crew members that we have met, and usually, they gladly provide it if you ask during the cruise. tuggers Posted September 5, 2006 #3 Share Posted September 5, 2006 A letter to the Miami HR office with a request that a copy be put in each employees file and a copy sent to the Captain of the Vessel would be VERY much appreciated and would eventually filter down to these people.
