Do docs show OBCs?

Just got our docs for Hawaii and none of our OBCs show up anywhere!

We, in theory, have one for stock ownership, one for booking onboard and one (or two) for itinerary changes since we booked.

Where should they be listed?

If they should be there, who do I call...TA or Celebrity or BOTH?

Thanks all,

Marlee

OBCs will not be on your docs. Check with the purser a day or so into the cruise to verify. If there is a problem, they will have time to correct it.

We also received docs last week. The OBCs did not show up but there was a -$50 which I assume is the credit for the changed itinerary, instead of an OBC. Check with your TA. Ours told me we would get a $50 credit on our credit card from her. Just 25 days! Whooppee!

Be sure to take proof of your credits with you to show the Purser if the credits don't show up by Day 2. We've never had a problem, but feel better knowing we have evidence of credits and it facilitates fast response. Enjoy those credits...we actually had more than $100 left over on our last cruise. Note: they will credit overages back to your credit card (nice discount)

If you booked online directly with Celebrity and they faxed/e-mailed your "Confirmation Invoice," your onboard credits will be visible. They will be listed last in the "Cruise Charges" section.

We booked our next cruise while onboard the Summit with the Future Cruise Consultant and received an OBC of $200 per cabin; the code for this is: "ADV2-$200 ONBRDCR."

Due to the 4/13/07 Constellation changing from a Caribbean sailing to a TransAtlantic itinerary, and all the problems, etc. we encountered, we received an OBC of $100 per person; the code for this is "OBC2-$100 OBRDCR." The "2" after the "OBC" indicates 2 people are receiving the $100 credit.

These two codes are listed right under "Taxes & Fees." Note that actual dollar amounts are not listed in the "Guest #1" -- "Guest #2" etc. columns.

I hope this helps! I know I was very pleased when a Captains Club Agent finally explained this to me and I was able to actually see my precious OBC's on my invoice!
