Special checkin for Penthouse customers?

I'm traveling on the Star out of L.A. with family members who have booked Penthouse suites. Is there a special check in/waiting area for those folks?

 

I'm guessing boarding will begin about 1130am'ish?

 

How early can specialty dinner reservations be made for that evenings dinner? Once aboard the ship?

I don't know specifically about LA (San Pedro) but every other port that NCL sails out of has a special waiting lounge and priority embarkation for Penthouse Suite passengers. I would asssume it is the same at San Pedro.
