HAPPYCRUISINGIRL Posted September 26, 2006 #1 Share Posted September 26, 2006 I've been reading that messages and stuff at the spa are cheaper towards the end of your cruise. Will they tell you this if you book your appointment when you first get on the ship? What's the best way to take advantage the end of the cruise savings? MsAbs Posted September 26, 2006 #2 Share Posted September 26, 2006 No, they don't tell you about the specials. My last cruise I booked a massage when I first got on the ship, and low & behold they ran specials in the Capers. It's better to wait each day and check out the specials which run on the days your in port. I noticed you are booked for the Elation. I'm leaving Sunday. Is your cruise the next week? serene56 Posted September 26, 2006 #4 Share Posted September 26, 2006 If you book a massage on Sunday for Thursday at 4pm and in the capers you see a special--- you wont get the sale price. Its not that the stuff goes on special during the end of the cruise but you will find better specials during a port day then a sea day. wait til you see your capers before making any appointments. You get the caper the night before so you can make appointments the night before. (youalso stand a chance of losing a prime TIME for a set special by waiting)
mrdood Posted September 26, 2006 #5 Share Posted September 26, 2006 They have good specials the very first day - at least as good as any other, but you have to receive service that night. DW always gets her first night massage...
