MikeNKim Posted September 26, 2006 #1 Share Posted September 26, 2006 I have tried to tell from photos what table sizes there are. We are a group of 4 with 2 groups of 2 each linked to us, are there tables for 8 or 10...does anyone know if the table for 8 is round or rectangle. Thanks Kim

silentbob007 Posted September 26, 2006 #3 Share Posted September 26, 2006 I believe I saw rectangular tables for 2, 4, and 6. There were circular tables for 8 (or maybe 10, I forget).
yst347 Posted September 26, 2006 #4 Share Posted September 26, 2006 The tables for 10 in the center of the dining room are round. The tables for 8 and 10 on either wing are rectangular. So there are both.
Caliber1 Posted September 26, 2006 #5 Share Posted September 26, 2006 We were at a table for 6 in the middle that was round, and there were round tables for 8 as well. Jess
seashell36 Posted September 26, 2006 #6 Share Posted September 26, 2006 We were seated at a 10 top that was round last year on the Inspiration. There was a rectangular 8 top next to us. So, you could get either one.

Cotton Posted September 27, 2006 #8 Share Posted September 27, 2006 If there are eight of you, you'll probably be seated at either a 10-top round in the center, or an 8-top rectangle along the windows. Of all the ships I've been on, I've seen rounds for 10, rectangles for 6-8, booths for 4 or 6, and tables for 2 or 4.
serene56 Posted September 27, 2006 #9 Share Posted September 27, 2006 Copy the dining room area on the deck plans== those tables are set to scale. jsut enlarge it to see placements etc of tables. if there is only 4 of you-- you might jsut get a booth for your party only. momofzeke Posted September 27, 2006 #10 Share Posted September 27, 2006 On our Miracle cruise in March, we were seated at a 6-top round in the lower dining room. There was a wedding party at a 10-top rectangle near us. Remember, if for some reason you do not get seated with all 8 of you at the same table, you can request to be moved to a table together. Speak to the Maitre' D as soon as you can. Although there is no guarantee that he can accommodate you, he will do his best. :)
