LHARTWICK Posted October 9, 2006 Author #26 Share Posted October 9, 2006 Our CD was Chris. Sorry - I don't remember his last name. He was okay.
Beach Bound Posted October 9, 2006 #27 Share Posted October 9, 2006 Thanks again for the help. I am still trying to figure out if we have enough time to head down to the marina where we are thinking of taking a snorkel cruze with Mystic tours. Did you get you tender tickets at 8:30 am?? How long did it take you to tender in total?? I would have gone snorkeling at Paradise but we are coming in on one of their black out days:rolleyes: it would have made it much easier. PaddleAddict Posted October 10, 2006 #28 Share Posted October 10, 2006 I was also on this cruise, and I booked private excursions at two ports. We never got tender tickets. We just walked down and stood in line and were usually on the tender in 10 minutes or less.
LHARTWICK Posted October 10, 2006 Author #29 Share Posted October 10, 2006 We went down between 8:30-8:40 and received Tender Group #1. This just means that once all of the cruise ship excursion groups were tendered in, we would be in the first group after them. I'm not sure how many or for how long tickets were given out. We wanted to be in the first group so we could get to Paradise Beach early. It worked - we were the first ones to arrive. The total tender process took about 20 minutes. That includes boarding, tendering, and deboarding. I'd allow 30 just in case.
