I purchased a cruise through an online ta four months ago. I was checking the price of the cruise on the cruiselines website and the price had gone down $300.00pp for the same category and room. I called our ta and she told me it was for new bookings only, I then called the cruiseline and asked them this same question and they told me that this was not the case and that I needed to contact our ta since they were the only ones that could credit us this amount. I did contact our ta and told them what the cruiseline had said and I now have a credit of $600.00. This is alot of money to get back so double check with everyone if you find your cruise cheaper. I don't think the ta is too happy with me right now since their commission has probably gone down.
