Question about Crown Seafood buffet

I just wanted to know if there is food available other then seafood. My husband does not eat seafood and I was wondering if there would be food there for him to eat.

There's another thread going on the seafood buffet. Seems like chicken is the only other thing offered so far. You need to train him:)

I just left the crown on 9/30 and sorry there's not much on buffet that doesn't include some type of seafood. I ate alot of burgers/hotdogs and pizza.

The seafood buffet takes place on the first evening in Horizon Court. I can't comment about other selections at that meal. You could check the buffet in Carib Cafe which is just aft of Horizon Court.

 

On other evenings there is usually a good selections of non-seafood items: steak, roast beef, roast pork, etc.

In the seafood buffet available the first night out prime rib is available at the carving station. Be aware, although the seafood is plentiful other than the shrimp the crab legs and lobster are so salty they are inedible. This from a seafood and salt lover.

We were on the 9/3 Crown sailing and were very disappointed with the saltiness of the lobster especially. Also, the lobster claws and crab were still frozen when served. What a shame to have such beautiful looking seafood go to waste.
