SueOverend Posted October 3, 2006 #1 Share Posted October 3, 2006 Help - I've just switched my reservation from an SC (assigned cabin) to an SC Guarantee on The Oosterdam due to an $800 saving. I've never booked a Guarantee with HAL and my cabin assignment just says Guarantee and does not say Guarantee SC. My confirmation email from my TA says SC Guarantee, but when I check on line on their site under existing reservation, it does not mention the important SC. Am I being paranoid here or has HAL made an error. Can any of you experienced Guarantee bookers calm my nerves and tell me how this category Guarantee should be shown on the HAL site.
