Kind of silly question

Hi all, This may seem to be a silly question, but there is a method to my madness ~ on the pull down beds in a room, do the matresses come off, let's say to place them on the floor as opposed to climbing up them at night?

What ship?

We had an upper bed on carnival and we could use the mattress on the floor but boy was it heavy. We only did it one night.

We asked for extra balnkets and made a bed on the floor ourselves.

hmmmm......thanks I never thought of the weight of the mattress. We have the royal family suite and I thought instead of two young adults {22 & 23 yrs old} after having a few drinks, it would be safer to sleep on the floor:cool:
