No.. there are times when there will be less kids but none that are adult only.

No. You may find fewer children on cruises when school is in session. Avoid the typical vacation time, such as winter break, spring break, summer and the week of Presidents Day(s).

 

If you truly want to avoid any children at all, you might try a line that doesn't have ammenities for children, such as Oceania.
