Anyone having trouble with "My Princess" today?

Can't get to "My Princess". Page never comes up just an error. Anyone else having trouble? I cleared everything and used different browsers.

I was in this morning, but have the same problem right now. Looks like book.princess.com is down. Nothing we can do but wait ... don't you hate when that happens???

Just got in a couple of minutes ago using firefox browser and cable modem connection. Anyone who couldn't get in earlier might want to try again.

I have been on several times throughout today with never any trouble. I just tried again and got right on. Maybe hitting a bad server connection. :)

My daughter got on earlier today but it was very slow. I just got on with no delay, though.

Today was good! I was able to pull all the Shore Excursions off and plan the itinerary. Shut out yesterday and thought maybe they weren't going to let me plan until that "120 day" margin.

 

So it's all good.

It's 10:45pm on Oct 7th onboard the Grand Princess. We too are unable to access MYPRINCESS currently.

Hope you are really enjoying your cruise.

Well we are currently in Pusan shuttles started runing at 8am but shops/market still not open really at 10 am so came back for coffee !

 

Pity Princess do not get their act together over port times because we leave port at 3pm

 

Sadly while the cruise has been OK the organisation and communication onboard has been a MESS mostly the fault of the CD Lee and Pursers Desk as far as we can ascertain .

 

The Princess tenet of :

Service

Excellece

 

does not currently exist with the CD and some of the Pursers desk staff

Is anyone else having a problem getting into the cruise personalizer?

 

I want to reprint my boarding pass but can't get in, after Princess told me the reason my pass was showing up blue & regular boarding, was due to not having all the info about my CC card in their site.

They are obvioulsy having some computer problems -- doesn't everyone at some point? When I went to log in, it told me the page I was trying to access no longer exists. I'm sure they are working on their problems, but we probably need to be patient (and understanding).

I finally got in & was able to print my boarding pass, after speaking with Princess 2 X's. The problem was they didn't have all my info of CC & also didn't have any of my cruises down. It showed I had never cruised.
