malmom Posted October 9, 2006 #1 Share Posted October 9, 2006 I am about to book the larger balcony cabin (8-I), deck 8 on Carnival Miracle. Does anyone know if there is a problem with these cabins that are under the pool deck? It just seems odd that there are some decent cabins still left when decks 7 & 6 are almost sold out. Please advise if anyone knows if these cabins are undesirable. Thanks in advance, Cheryl
serene56 Posted October 9, 2006 #2 Share Posted October 9, 2006 being under the pool you will hear scrapping of the chairs when they are set out. and periodically through out the day.
DGP1111 Posted November 1, 2006 #3 Share Posted November 1, 2006 As you've probably read on numerous posts, the cabins on Miracle are extremely quiet, and I don't know that you'd experience any real distractions while inside your room. If, however, you want to occasionally retire to your balcony for some peace and quiet, please remember that you are only one level away from the pool band and its continuous island music (which you will have memorized by debarkation). And you are only one level below the occasional slob passenger who thinks the rule about not tossing cigarette butts doesn't pertain to them. You're sailing on one teriffic ship, and I hope you'll enjoy your vacation !!
