Immigration Form Help Needed

KAYEF

Recommended Posts

PLEASE HELP me, I'm feeling pretty helpless. I've always filled in our Immigration Forms online (HAL & Princess) and am trying to do the same on the NCL site. It SAYS you can fill them in online OR print out the pages and fax them in.

Of course, I prefer to just fill them out and get it DONE............but I am unable to find anything other than the Adobe Site which requires downloading and then faxing information in.

Can someone please direct me?

Thanks ahead of time.:)

You might want to be a bit more specific.

Where are you cruising to and from. Are you a US Citizen?

By the way, I have never done immigration online.

If you are talking about the online cruise registration prior to your cruise, that is a different story. You get there from the main ncl.com webpage. You will need your registration/reservation number - ours was 8 digits.

From the home page, you click on

Book Guests Ready to Cruise at the bottom

then go to ADVANCED GUEST REGISTRATION

Yes.........that's the form I want.

Our TA today suggested I get that done..............and I clicked where you said but all I get is the Adobe one to download..............?

It's the form where you enter your passport info and all of that.

I DID download and print out the form, but it's SO tiny that it's almost impossible to read..............I want to fill it out online...........

Guess NCL calls it the "Advance Guest Registration Form" but our TA called it the Immigration Form.............maybe because that's what it's called on some other lines.

Thanks for your help, but I still can't find it.............

Some simple USER TESTING would reveal the silly little things that NCL does to shoot themselves in the foot....

Do NOT click on the 2006/2007 links. Instead, click on REGISTER ONLINE NOW.

THANKS for your help/encouragement. :) I've finally achieved reaching the forms!

I think my AOL and NCL were not compatible for a few hours, to tell you the truth. NCL was taking forever to even move from one page to another.

Then, after you wrote, I got onto NCL again and it was just "click-click."

Well, we are at last "legal" and that cruise isn't even until February.

Just read some great things about the STAR, so that caused good feelings!
