berylde Posted October 11, 2006 #1 Share Posted October 11, 2006 Just came off HAL web site looking to see if any prices dropped and couldn't view the prices. Screen said no cabins available for the number of people (2) I had inquired about. I guess this means "sold out"? Our first time on HAL
hammybee Posted October 11, 2006 #2 Share Posted October 11, 2006 12/2 is showing sold out on several online TA sites.
Frogs Posted October 11, 2006 #3 Share Posted October 11, 2006 You have some groups on your cruise: Caribbean Cruise for Single Spartans (Michigan State Alumni) Eastern Caribbean Singles Cruise (Georgia Tech Alumni) Caribbean Singles Getaway (University of Notre Dame Alumni) There are probably more but this gives you an idea as to why it is showing as sold out. Our cruise starting on Dec. 16 is also sold out due to a singles group and another large group. Blessings!
bsa250cc Posted October 11, 2006 #4 Share Posted October 11, 2006 Beryl, The previous poster is quite correct about the singles groups, but when I checked with their organising TA last week it was less than 100 for them all. The online TA I use was asking people to call them earlier today, but now you can book online again. They are showing outsides from $750, Balconies from $817, SS suites from $995, SY from $1085 and Deluxe $1440 to $1960. Hope this helps, if you need the TA's name I'll drop you a seperate line. Best Wishes:) Bob
vpoopsy Posted October 11, 2006 #5 Share Posted October 11, 2006 I was told this was the slowest cruise week of the year and it's usually never sold out. I think they are holding rooms for the "groups" as Bob said. Hey Berylde, have you checked in with Kalena or Bob on getting together with us on the zuidy?
