complmentary beverages at meal times?

in September and the only beverage we were offered in the dining room was water. You had to ask for tap water, otherwise they wanted to sell you bottled water. Evidently, bottled water is very popular with the Italians and the waiters thought it was unusual for us to request tap water.

Half way through our week on the Musica in September, our table asked if we could have tea and coffee after dinner and there was no problem.

We appeared to be the only ones having it though, and it appeared if you did not ask you did not get:)

on any msc ships do they offer iced tea or any type of beverage at meal time

in their main dinning rooms free of charge?

I think it depends on if you are sailing in the Caribbean or Med. If you are cruising the Caribbean they are more used to the eatting habits here and I think they will have coffee, tea, or milk readily available.
