POH-Tuesday (Hilo) Lava viewing & dinner

Is it Tuesday when we leave Hilo that we want to plan dinner carefully as not to miss the lava viewing?

Yes if you are sailing on the Pride of Hawaii it sails past the lava on tuesday nights around 9:45 to 10:15 dependign on the day and the seas. Your best bet is to catch the early show and then get dinner. I knwo that alot of people decide to skip the show because of the Lava but you should not miss the show
