nolaAlive, Great pictures..Thanks..It looks like you went to Ambergris from the NCL Sun..Was it a through the cruise line or a private co.? I have not heard to many people doing that because its to far. I would really love to go to Ambergris. We are cruising on the Dawn in April. Any info. would be appreciated.

I went with the ship's tour and thought it was pretty good. I'd been to Caye Caukler before, but never Ambergris and I really liked San Pedro. Lots more to see and do there and lots of golf carts for rent.

It is a long way off - think the ship tour is the only way I would do it unless I flew to San Pedro. There is at least one tour that does that, but I'd check the weather first.

So, for those of you who went to Goff Caye, what is there to do? We're thinking of doing the snorkel excursion through the ship (the Grand in February) that stops at Goff for a little beach time. Is there food/drink for purchase? Lounge chairs?

Hey nola, I was checking out your Belize pictures from the Rays and Reef tour... Just a quick question; how deep would you say the water was that you snorkeled in on that tour?

Thanks!

Don't think there are chairs, or at least many. There is drink and I think snacks for sail, but I wasn't interested in so didn't really check out.
