Special diet needs-Carnival

I have Celiacs disease and I am on specail diet. Has anyone had experience with Carnival (Conquest) and specail diet needs? Do they provide options in the dining room?

I would appreciate any info.

Your booking agent should have asked if you have any special dietary concerns. These should be reported to Carnival well before your cruise, so they can make arrangements. If this is not done, you can see the Food and Beverage manager once on board, and someone from dietary dept. will sit down and go over the menus with you.
