I have been trying to get in touch with them for seveal days (5) and had no results.. I have tried email and the website.. Does anyone know how long it usually takes to get a response??

Sometimes it takes them a few days to respond but I have never had them NOT respond. I would give it a few more days before I would email them again. I am not sure how accessible the internet and email is to them.
