cruisinbuddy Posted October 16, 2006 #2 Share Posted October 16, 2006 Yes you can have them added to your account. For my next cruise in Jan. I've already paid them so they won't be on my account. From reading these boards I don't think that they have tables of 12. Don't qoute me, I'm sure someone will let you know for sure.

caribbean dreams Posted October 16, 2006 #6 Share Posted October 16, 2006 Paid prior to the crusie, how did u do this? do I need to call my TA and just pay? Yes, call you TA and let them know that you would like to prepay your tips. I don't know if they have 12 top tables on Liberty but if they don't they will probably try and put you at 2 6 tops next to each other.
cruisinbuddy Posted October 16, 2006 #7 Share Posted October 16, 2006 When my TA was talking to Carnival and booking us, we were asked then if we wanted to have them put on the bill, and there you go, paid.
coachj Posted October 16, 2006 #8 Share Posted October 16, 2006 You will get an envelope for the Maitre'De of your dining room.
FrannyK Posted October 16, 2006 #9 Share Posted October 16, 2006 We've sat at a round table for 11 on one Carnival cruise but there were 5 kids at the table so maybe it was actually a 10? We've had a long table for 12 twice on RCI, I would imagine if CCL does have 12-seaters, they would be long and not round :(
luvz2run2000 Posted October 16, 2006 #10 Share Posted October 16, 2006 We were on the Liberty in May. The largest tables (at least in the Silver Dining Room) held 10 adults. If you click the link to our med photos and then click the Liberty gallery there are some photos of various areas of the ship including the dining room. dental217 Posted October 16, 2006 #11 Share Posted October 16, 2006 We have been on the Spirit and the Legend. We are a group pf eleven and were placed at a long table. I"m sure we could have squeezed in another if needs be. This time I am bringing a group of 21 family members including children. Trying to fiure out what will work best. We will be on the Libety the end of july.
Cruzman Posted October 17, 2006 #12 Share Posted October 17, 2006 We were on the Glory in April and the largest tables seated 10 (we were at one of them, lol). As for tips, they are automatically added to your sail & sign account ($10 per person per day). As mentioned, you can prepay if you prefer, or you can have the tips removed from your Sail & Sign and tip in cash. It's your choice!
wack001 Posted October 17, 2006 Author #13 Share Posted October 17, 2006 Guess the dining room table is still open, all ships are not alike, so looking for a post from a recent Liberty guest. I was also wondering if they sell a wine package deal at dinner? Thanks The Wack a cruise a year for the past 13.

Izzy'smom Posted October 19, 2006 #16 Share Posted October 19, 2006 We were on the Liberty last month, and were assigned to the Silver Olympian (aft) restaurant - upper level. There were rectangular tables near our table that were pushed together - so hopefully it will work out for your group. We were on the Med cruise, early seating, and no one ever sat at those tables which were located to the left as you enter the upper level entrance. I don't remember any kind of "wine package" - we ordered a couple of times from the winelist.
