Does Vision of the Seas have a Concierge Lounge

Recommended Posts

You're welcome. Wish they would add one before I sail on her a year from now, but don't think it's going to happen.

I think it has to happen....there's too many darn Diamonds clogging up the Concierge Lounges on the ships that have them......adding them to the rest of the fleet will help to alleviate the crowding problem caused by 3 dayers getting to Diamond status too quickly.

Remember, SR's Lounge showed up unannounced....no fanfare at all.

Yeah, but it showed up while in drydock. Vision's already been in drydock this year and I don't think she is scheduled for drydock again until after I sail her. I too think it will happen eventually but I don't think it will be before I sail her.

We are on her in March of 08..it will be our first cruise as Diamond. I guess that just gives us one more reason to book another cruise.

I don't exactly see why adding them to other ships will alleviate them on the ships that already have them. As most ships seem to be sailing pretty darn full, you'll still have the same problem as before, even if every ship has a conceirge loung.

As for people reaching Diamond to quickly (in your opinion)........jealous? :D

Where is it at on the Splendour?

Don't know. It hasn't appeared on the deck plans yet. You might go back and look on some of the reviews from sailings right after the drydock (May 2006) to see if they mention where it was added to.

No, I'm not jealous....not diamond either.

What I think is, that people who have access to a Concierge Lounge will be more willing to book cruises on any RCCL ship if they all had lounges, instead of booking on the ones that currently have them. I think RCCL needs every little bit to help the crowding problem.
